    A personalized meal and workout plan is generally designed to be followed for 8 to 12 weeks. This timeframe allows your body enough time to adapt, build consistency, and show measurable progress. However, the exact duration can vary based on your goals, lifestyle, and how your body responds. After the 8–12 weeks, it's a great time to reassess your progress and either adjust your current plan or move into a new phase to continue seeing results.

  • What happens after the 8–12 weeks?

    You can either continue on your own with what you've learned or purchse an updated plan to match your new goals.

  • Can I swap foods if I don’t like something?

    Yes! The meal plan is personalized, and you’ll be given alternatives and substitutions so you can enjoy your meals while hitting your goals. If the alternatives and substitutions are not to your liking you can always feel free to send us a message of a better preference & we’ll get back ASAP to adjust your plan!

  • Is the meal/workout plan a strict diet/routine?

    No. It’s more of a structured guide built around your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. It's not about restriction—it's about balance and sustainability.

  • Do I need a gym membership for the workout plan?

    Not necessarily. Plans can be tailored for both gym-based and home workouts, depending on your preference and available equipment.

  • Do I need supplements?

    Supplements are optional, not required. Whole foods are the foundation of the plan, but we can offer suggestions if you're interested.
