However, the exact duration can vary based on your goals, lifestyle, and how your body responds. After the 8–12 weeks, it's a great time to reassess your progress and either adjust your current plan or move into a new phase to continue seeing results.

After your purchase, you'll be asked to fill out a brief required form that helps us gather the key information we need—such as your goals, preferences, dietary restrictions, equipment access, and more—so we can tailor the plan specifically to your lifestyle and needs.
